This detached holiday home enjoys a peaceful setting about 1.5 km from the charming village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, midway between Vaison-la-Romaine and Buis-les-Baronnies. Built in 2008, the house is situated on a spacious, well-maintained 3000 m² property, which you share with the friendly owner who lives in the neighbouring house.
You’ll have access to a lovely covered terrace that offers welcome shade. Inside, the house is neat and functionally furnished, featuring a cosy kitchen-living area and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet, offering comfort and privacy.
Mollans-sur-Ouvèze offers basic amenities such as a bakery, a small grocery store, and a café with a pleasant terrace. The surrounding region of the Drôme Provençale, with its lavender fields and vineyards, is perfect for walking and cycling. For keen cyclists, the famous Mont Ventoux is a true challenge.
