Cozy Holiday Home with Shared Pool in the Drôme Provençale
This charming holiday home is ideal for 4 to 6 people and features 2 bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The house is set on a beautiful 1-hectare estate, surrounded by the varied landscape of the Drôme Provençale. The property consists of four terraced houses and one detached home. Holiday home F26.053 has an upper floor and is attached to F26.054, a fully ground-floor property. Privacy has been carefully considered in the layout. You can enjoy a lovely private terrace with garden furniture.
The shared swimming pool (6 x 15 m) and the separate shallow children’s pool (6 x 3 m) are perfect for swimming and relaxation. Thanks to a mobile cover, the pool is open from April to the end of November. On the estate, there are various sports and play facilities, including a pétanque court, a volleyball court, and a ping-pong table, so children of all ages can have plenty of fun.
The Drôme Provençale is known for its lavender fields and olive groves, and the surrounding area offers wonderful walking opportunities. Climbing enthusiasts will find excellent routes nearby. For daily shopping and amenities, you can go to Buis-les-Baronnies, about 7 km away. This charming village on the Ouvèze River features a historic market square with arcades, cozy terraces, numerous restaurants, and a Provençal market on Wednesdays.
From the holiday home, you can take trips to picturesque towns such as Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, and a visit to the top of the legendary Mont Ventoux is highly recommended. The owner sells local products and wine on site, and you can also order fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast.
