Charming Holiday Home with Swimming Pool in the Drôme Provençale

This cozy holiday home is ideal for 4 people and features 2 bedrooms. The house is on the ground floor, quietly located on the edge of the hamlet of Les Sias, about 7 km from the lively town of Buis-les-Baronnies. The property is attached to the owner’s house and offers a lovely sheltered terrace and a small garden.

Guests have shared use of the 8 x 4 m swimming pool, located directly next to the house, together with the tenants of another property of the same owner. In addition, there is access to a larger pool about 350 meters away, which is open from April to the end of November thanks to a mobile cover. For children, there is a shallow pool of 6 x 3 meters.

The Drôme Provençale is known for its lavender fields and olive trees, and the surrounding area offers beautiful walking routes. All daily necessities can be found in Buis-les-Baronnies, a charming village on the Ouvèze River with picturesque squares, historic arcades, and cozy terraces. The Provençal market on Wednesdays is highly recommended.

Nearby attractions include Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, and a day trip to the top of Mont Ventoux is a must. For active holidays, climbing is possible in the area and horseback riding is available just 3 km away. The owner sells regional products and wine on site, and you can also order fresh croissants and baguettes.

Heel goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning op een mooie locatie. De woning is misschien wat gedateerd, maar alles is aanwezig! De tuin is heel groot en het zwembad heerlijk. De broodjesservice is fantastisch, omdat het wel een minuut of 10 is naar de dichtst bijzijnde winkels, maar voor de overige inkopen is dat geen probleem. Dit is een gezellig plaatsje met voldoende winkels en restaurants. De ontvangst bij de woning (met streekproducten) is allerhartelijkst en ook de gezellig en goed verzorgde borrel op donderdag is een leuke geste van de eigenaren. Er zijn leuke wandelingen te doen in de omgeving.

Eigenaren zeer lieve mensen die, zelfs 1 keer in de week een heerlijke ovenschotel kwamen brengen , Eigenares spreekt redelijk Engels , er was een priveparkeerplaats op het terrein We hebben ons echt zeer welkom gevoeld Misschien kunnen de foto's geactualiseerd worden In de gang hing een certificaat waarop stond dat het huis voor max 4 personen was Door de hoge begroeiing in de tuin, was het uitzicht minimaal , maar verder heerlijk ruim, met kinderspeelgelegenheid

Zeer aangenaam verblijf!!! Huis met alles wat je nodig hebt! Prachtige omgeving!Zeer aangename tuin met zwembad! Super vriendelijke mensen die ons zo goed ontvangen hebben,geen moeite was hun teveel! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
