Atmospheric, fully detached natural stone holiday home with private pool and large enclosed garden, peacefully located between Monpazier and Villefranche-du-Périgord, in the southern part of the Dordogne.
Thanks to the Starlink equipment, the house offers a fast and highly reliable internet connection, making it particularly suitable for working from home.
The house is comfortably furnished. The spacious living room with open kitchen and convenient cooking island offers plenty of living space. French doors lead out onto the large terrace, overlooking the beautifully landscaped, green garden. By the pool, you can enjoy a wide and stunning view over the surrounding fields.
Children can have a great time here: there is not only a swimming pool, but also a table tennis table and swings.
For shops, restaurants and markets, you can head to Monpazier and Villefranche-du-Périgord (both approx. 12 km away) – charming medieval bastide villages with covered market halls and lively squares. The picturesque village of Belvès, 15 km away, is also well worth a visit. There you will also find a municipal swimming pool.
