This charming holiday home invites you to completely unwind in the heart of a 10-hectare rural estate, a quiet and secluded location just twelve kilometres from Bergerac. Here you can escape the daily hustle and enjoy the beauty and richness of the Dordogne.

The gîte offers 150 m² of living space and was carefully renovated in 2024. The house combines the authentic charm of stone walls and wooden beams with all modern comforts. It is designed for two people, but has two bedrooms, ideal for those who want extra space and privacy.

Inside you will find a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs and satellite TV with internet, as well as a large veranda overlooking the garden.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190 cm) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Outside, the glass veranda invites you to enjoy relaxing meals with views of the garden. The private swimming pool (5x11 m, covered and open in July and August) is perfect for sunny summer days. The enclosed garden allows pets to roam safely. There is also a spacious covered area with table tennis, table football and a wood-fired barbecue. Parking is available on site with a charging station.

Thanks to its central location in the Dordogne, this holiday home is an excellent base for exploring Bergerac, its vineyards and the many attractions in the region. Daily amenities are just 5 km away in Lalinde, and 1 km away in Lanquais you’ll find a renowned restaurant. For active leisure there are golf courses, a riding school, walks around Lake Lanquais, numerous hiking trails and, of course, the Dordogne River.
