Idyllic holiday home for 6 people with private pool between Dordogne and Lot

This detached, recently renovated holiday home with a covered terrace and private swimming pool is located about 5 km from the charming village of Salviac, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot regions. The property enjoys a very peaceful setting on its own hilly plot of no less than 10,000 m², surrounded by oak woods, walnut trees and open countryside. Suitable for 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

From the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. There is plenty of space around the house to relax, while children can have fun with the available facilities such as a swing, table tennis table, badminton court and a pétanque area.

The area offers plenty of opportunities for excursions. At Cazals (8.5 km) and Dégagnac (13 km) you will find recreational lakes where fishing is possible. Within a radius of about 30 km, there are many interesting places to visit, such as the historic market town of Gourdon (22 km), medieval Sarlat (30 km) and the charming village of Belvès (23 km). A canoe trip on the Dordogne near Beynac or Castelnaud (18 km) is also highly recommended.

For daily shopping, you can visit the nearby villages of Daglan (7.5 km), Cazals (8.5 km) and Salviac (5 km), where you will also find a tennis court. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course at Siorac (22 km).

Charging an electric car is not possible.

Pets are allowed, but not on the sofa or in the bedrooms.

Een perfect vakantiehuis als je op zoek bent naar rust en een heerlijk zwembad. Wij hebben er echt van genoten!

Fantastisch mooie, afgelegen, heel rustige omgeving. Puur genieten ! De woning was basic maar volledig in orde, met de natuurlijke omgeving en het zwembad erbij was dit een zalige vakantie !!

Totale rust, geen pottenkijkers, supervriendelijke nooit storende huiseigenaar, komt enkel om de 2 dagen langs voor de onderhoud van het zwembad en dan zelfs vroeg 's morgens om je zeker niet te storen... ideaal

Heerlijke week gehad! Volgende keer wel 2 weken. Eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans. Was voor ons lastig want wij spreken geen Frans. Erg afgelegen maar dit vonden wij erg prettig. Speeltoestel vonden de kinderen geweldig.

Fijne woonst! Misschien iets te afgelegen voor ons, maar ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar rust. Heel aangename en vriendelijke eigenaar. Huisje zelf was perfect in orde, en zeer proper. Aan al onze op voorhand doorgegeven wensen was beantwoord: fietsen, kinderbedje,... Een aanrader!
