Very peacefully located house in the hamlet of Roziers 2 km from the village of Tourtoirac. Tourtoirac is about 10 km west of Hautefort about half way between Perigueux and Brive. The house, an old farmhouse, has all amenities. It was totally restored in 2007. You can go to Tourtoirac for small groceries and to Hautefort for other things. Tourtoirac is on the River Auvezère. Close by in the area there are lots of recreational lakes. There are also famous sightseeing places in the region such as the caves of Lascaux in Montignac about 40 km away.
