This characterful holiday home is situated in the quiet hamlet of Le Mas, just 3 km from the lively town of Les Eyzies. Here, you can enjoy peace, privacy, and comfort. The house is surrounded by a spacious, park-like garden of 3000 m² with several cozy seating areas and a beautiful private swimming pool.
The property consists of a charming main house and two separate studios. In the main house, you’ll find a cozy living room with a lovely open fireplace and, on the upper floor, a comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located in adjoining studios, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. These studios can only be accessed from the outside and are, of course, never rented out separately.
From the property, you can walk straight into nature. Within 2 km, you'll find opportunities for canoeing on the Vézère River and several tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the beautifully maintained course in Mortemart, just 15 km away.
The surrounding area is full of attractions. The world-famous caves around Les Eyzies are just around the corner, as are impressive castles such as Les Milandes, Beynac, and Castelnaud. Explore picturesque villages like La Roque-Gageac, Domme, and Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, or browse the vibrant Saturday market in Sarlat. Day trips to the towns of Bergerac and Périgueux are also highly recommended.
