The house is quietly situated on a large, well-maintained plot next to the owner’s home. At the rear, however, you have access to a private enclosed garden of around 300 m², offering complete privacy for relaxation.
Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is a lively coastal town with seven sandy beaches, a charming fishing harbour and a heated indoor swimming pool. There is also a wide choice of seafood restaurants and crêperies. For daily shopping, you can go to Saint-Cast or Matignon (5 km), where you will also find a large supermarket. A bakery, restaurant and pharmacy are already located just 700 metres from the house.
The surrounding area offers excellent walking opportunities, including the famous GR34 coastal trail and numerous other marked paths. Golf enthusiasts can choose from several courses in the region, including the Pen-Guen course just 2 km away. For fishing lovers, there is a beautifully located fishing pond only a five-minute walk away.
The location is ideal for exploring the Côte d’Émeraude. Visit the dramatic cliffs of Cap Fréhel, the historic town of Saint-Malo, the elegant resort of Dinard or the medieval town of Dinan. The famous Mont Saint-Michel is also within just over an hour’s drive.
