Peaceful holiday home in Brittany with garden, terrace and stunning views for 4 people

This charming, detached holiday home is located in a very quiet spot near the hamlet of Lancerf, just over 7 km from the lively coastal town of Paimpol, on the varied northern coast of Brittany. From the house, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Trieux Bay, which flows into the sea a little further on.

The house and garden offer complete privacy; the holiday home is at the end of a dead-end lane, about 150 meters from the nearest neighbor. The sea and sandy beaches are within easy reach: Plage du Lédano (just over 4 km), Lézardrieux (5.5 km), and Paimpol (7 km).

For those who leave this beautiful spot in Brittany, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the surroundings. Visit charming harbor towns such as Tréguier or Perros-Guirec, take a boat trip to the idyllic Île de Bréhat, or enjoy a ride on the seasonal tourist steam train along the Trieux. Golf enthusiasts will find a lovely course at Pléhédel (12 km). In Paimpol, all necessary amenities are available for a comfortable stay.

We hebben enorm genoten van onze huwelijksreis (de locatie is perfect voor privacy, rust en kalmte, 10 minuten van de Lidl/Carrefour, tankstation, zeer vriendelijke eigenaars - doen de moeite om Engels te praten en veel uitleg te geven over wat er te doen is in de streek).

Perfecte plek voor rust en natuurschoon.Verder allervriendelijkste ontvangst en hulp van eigenaar/eigenaresse.

een hele bijzondere plek, enigst in zijn soort! Een soort van adelaarsnest op de rotsen! Met telkens een ander uitzicht vanwege de getijdenwerking in de rivier. Het is een voormalig douane kantoor / woning vandaar het wijde uitzicht over de omgeving! Echt heel bijzonder! Met de auto gemakkelijk elke ochtend vers brood bij de bakker halen en de supermarkten ook goed bereikbaar. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar! Een aanrader!

Hele mooie plek aan/boven het water, erg rustig in een prachtige omgeving. Om nog een keer heen te gaan !
