Holiday house in Chaumeil with pool, in Dordogne-Limousin

Semi detached house, joined to Chataigne (F19023) by a barn. The house is part of the domain of the Château de Chastagnol at 3 km from Chaumeil. The property The Château de Chastagnol is located in the Massif des Monédières at a height of 700 metres on a domain of 16 hectares at 3 km from the village of Chaumeil. Chaumeil is situated in the Corrèze department at approx. 30 km to the north of Tulle and about 20 km to the north-west of Egletons, 60 km from Brive la Gailarde. At the castle you enjoy a panoramic view on the surroundings. The castle can't be rented as a whole, but the Dutch owners offer Bed & Breakfast facilities in the castle. At about 100 metres from the castle there 're two semi-detached houses, communicating by a barn, called Seguoia and Chataigne. There's one detached house, Sureau, that stands somewhat apart. The renters of these tastefully decorated houses share a large pool ( 6 x 12 m). The area offers fantastic walking, horse-riding and fishing possibilities. Hanggliding and para sailing is possible from the Sur au May (906 m). At 2 km from the castle there's a lake with bathing facilities. In the surroundings there are some big lakes where all watersports can be practised. Excursions can be made to Chaumeil, Egletons, Tulle, Corrèze, Meymac and Collonges la Rouge. Golf: 40 - 60 km ( 4 different courses).
