Spacious Provençal Villa with Private Pool for 10 Guests
This fully detached holiday villa with a beautifully designed private pool is located in a quiet neighborhood, just about 2 kilometers from the center of Châteaurenard. The Provençal town, south of Avignon, is known for its impressive Papal Palace and the annual theater festival in July. In Châteaurenard, you will find plenty of cafés, terraces, and restaurants, and there are several supermarkets for all your shopping needs.
The villa offers ample space and comfort for 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms with a single bed each feature a spacious mezzanine with an additional single mattress on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers.
Just 11 kilometers away lies the picturesque town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with charming shops, galleries, cafés, and restaurants, as well as numerous Roman monuments. From the villa, there are many excursions possible: hiking and cycling in the Les Alpilles mountain range, visiting historic cities such as Avignon, Nîmes, and Arles, the hilltop Les-Baux-de-Provence, the world-famous Pont-du-Gard near Uzès, and the charming L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its bustling Provençal Sunday market.
A day trip to the Mediterranean Sea at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer or Le Grau-du-Roi is also possible. Golf enthusiasts can play at courses near Avignon (13 km) and Mouriès (29 km).
