This comfortable villa, featuring a private pool and enclosed garden, is located in a quiet residential area just 6 km east of the centre of Marseille. Thanks to its ideal location, it is the perfect base to explore both the vibrant city and the beautiful coastal towns of Cassis, La Ciotat, and Bandol. The beach is only a 15-minute drive away.
From street level, you reach the entrance via a stone staircase. All rooms are on one level and open directly onto the spacious terrace. The pool is accessible via a few steps from the terrace. The terrace has a fixed canopy with adjustable shutters, allowing you to enjoy the sun or take shelter when needed. For extra fun, there is also a table tennis table in the garden.
All necessary amenities, including a large supermarket, are only 800 meters away.
Marseille offers a mix of culture, history, and vibrant atmosphere. Visit the iconic Vieux Port with its many seafood restaurants and lively cafés, or enjoy panoramic views from Notre-Dame de la Garde. A 10-minute boat trip takes you to the famous Château d’If.
