The property sits on a spacious, natural, wooded plot of 2000 m². Around the generous private pool there are several sun terraces perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for walkers and avid cyclists, with numerous marked routes through the varied landscape.
For water sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of options: less than 5 km away, you can rent canoes and kayaks for a trip along the Chassezac River, and there are several swimming spots in the river. The Ardèche River and its impressive gorges are also nearby, with Vallon-Pont-d’Arc 24 km away.
The house is centrally located between the charming towns of Les Vans and Joyeuse, both offering a variety of terraces and restaurants. Every Saturday morning, Les Vans hosts a lively market. A visit to Saint-Ambroix (27 km) is also worthwhile, with a Provençal market on Tuesday mornings. Don’t miss the nearby Grotte de la Cocalière.
For daily essentials, the village of Lablachère (3 km) provides a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurant.
