Here, you can enjoy a beautiful, unspoilt view of the surrounding vineyards. You will share the lovely swimming pool (10 x 5) and bowling green with the owner, who lives on the adjacent property. But the owner will rarely use the pool, so that it will mostly be available for the you only. All amenities are found within 5 km in St Marcel d'Ardèche and St Martin d'Ardèche. Good hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house. Tennis courts, canoe rentals, fishing and horse riding are found in St Martin.
