Enjoy peace, space and authentic French charm in this atmospheric holiday home, perfect for a group of 6. The house features three comfortable bedrooms and is located just 4 km from the picturesque village of Alba-la-Romaine, in the sunny southern Ardèche.
The holiday home is part of a former farmhouse and is set around a spacious private courtyard of 200 m², reserved exclusively for guests. There is also a covered terrace and a balcony, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with a good glass of wine. Surrounding the farmhouse is plenty of open space, including a play area where children can safely enjoy themselves.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners, but they only use it when no guests are present, meaning you’ll likely have it all to yourselves.
Inside, the home is fully equipped with a cosy living area, a well-appointed kitchen and modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thanks to its central location in a beautiful open hilly landscape, the house is an excellent base for exploring the Ardèche, as well as the neighbouring regions of Gard and Drôme.
Alba-la-Romaine, just a short drive away, is a charming village with shops, a striking medieval castle and Roman ruins. The lively town of Montélimar, famous for its nougat, is only 14 km away and offers many amenities, including a golf course. You’ll also find all daily necessities in nearby Le Teil (7 km). For a day trip, the picturesque riverside village of Vogüé is highly recommended.
