Holiday house in Accons with pool, in Provence-Côte d'Azur

Beautifully restored natural stone holiday home with private swimming pool near the village of Accons in the Ardèche, 5 km from the lively small town of Le Cheylard. The house is situated on a large area of 14 hectares with many chestnut trees. You have a wide view of the untouched mountain landscape. Here you will find peace, privacy and nature pure. The house is very suitable for a larger group. The beautifully landscaped swimming pool, with rocks and a fountain, has a lovely partly covered terrace. Furthermore, there are several terraces on all sides of the house, all of which offer beautiful views. The area is perfect for hiking and cycling (for the sporty cyclist). At a distance of 9 km there is a swimming paradise with slides etc at the Lac de Collanges, a nice trip for children. There are also trips to some castles in the area, such as the Château de la Chèze at Le Cheylard and the Château de Rochebonne. A visit to the 1550 m high Mont Gerbier de Jonc (35 km) is definitely recommended. The Loire River rises here and you can take wonderful walks. All amenities you will find Le Cheylard at 5 km, a large supermarket is at 6.5 km. NB. Layout of the house: The whole consists of three parts that are interconnected, but offer the necessary privacy if required. The largest apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms (1 and 2) and a bathroom. The second is a small apartment whose bedroom (3) with a sliding door can be separated from the living room (with a single sofa bed) and kitchenette. Here too is a bathroom. Finally, there is the third apartment on the first floor with a bedroom (4), a bathroom and a living room with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen. You always occupy the house alone.
