Charming Stone Holiday Home with Private Pool and Panoramic Views in the Ardèche
This beautifully restored holiday home, partly built with natural stone, enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the small hamlet of Chabannes, a tiny village with just a few houses, surrounded by nature. You'll be staying in the southwestern part of the Ardèche, near the Parc Régional des Cévennes, at an altitude of around 525 metres. From the terrace and private pool, you can admire sweeping and impressive views of the Ardèche mountains.
The area around Chabannes and nearby Malbosc offers countless hiking opportunities. This unspoiled region of mountains, forests and streams is a true paradise for nature and tranquillity lovers. Malbosc (4 km) has no shops or restaurants, but you’ll find lively cafés, restaurants and supermarkets in Bessèges (15 km) and Les Vans (22 km).
You can swim and go canoeing in the Cèze river near Bessèges. For a taste of Provence, visit the colourful Tuesday morning market in Saint-Ambroix (25 km), ideal to combine with a trip to the nearby Grotte de la Cocalière. A day trip to the famous Gorges de l’Ardèche, starting at Vallon-Pont-d’Arc (45 km), is also highly recommended.

The house is very well suited for wheelchair users. On the ground floor you'll find the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a specially adapted bathroom with toilet.
