Charming Stone Holiday Home with Large Garden and Pool near Lincel

This charming semi-detached stone holiday home sleeps 6 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is set in a peaceful rural area near the village of Lincel, about 3 km from Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire and just 12 km from the lively town of Manosque.

The house boasts a stunning panoramic view of the southern Alps. You have a large private garden, a spacious terrace and your own driveway. The swimming pool is shared with the friendly owners who live in the adjoining house, but thanks to the thoughtful layout you can fully enjoy peace and privacy without being overlooked.

From the house you can walk straight into nature, with beautiful routes through forests and mountains. There is a tennis court in Saint-Michel, and golf enthusiasts can play at the beautiful 18-hole golf course in Pierrevert (15 km). For water sports, Lac d’Esparron is the perfect spot.

Thanks to its central location, countless excursions are possible. Visit charming Provençal villages such as Reillanne, Forcalquier, Mane, Viens and Banon, or cities like Aix-en-Provence, Apt, Sisteron and Manosque. A day trip to the impressive Gorges du Verdon is also within easy reach. Closer to home, drives through the Luberon mountains and the Monts de Vaucluse are well worth it.

Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire has basic amenities; for supermarkets and other shops you can go to Forcalquier (10 km).

Leuk huis op schitterend terrein met fijn zwembad. Heel aardige eigenaars die niet opdringerig waren. Veel interessante plekken om te bezoeken in de omgeving.
