Our service is free for the owner!
For Basic Travel to take on a property the owner has nothing to pay. All costs associated with our site, printing, promotion and advertising of your property are carried by Basic Travel.
On our website we include the best possible description of the layout and location of your property. We also add a description of places worth visiting and of tourist attractions in the region. Next to the description we include the most attractive photographs of the property. (You may have to organise the photographs yourself if, for example, the weather was bad on the day of our visit or if maintenance was taking place on the property).

When we make a booking we pay the owner the price that is agreed. The customer pays a slightly higher price. For this reason it is extremely important to us to rent the property for as many weeks as possible during the year!
