How to make a reservation
1 Select one or more holiday houses from our site and check its/their availability during the period of your choice. If the house is available, fill in the electronic booking form and send it to us by e-mail. Of course you can also contact us by phone (telephone number + 31 50 5265100).
2 We notify the owner of your booking. As of yet, the booking is binding.
3 You will receive your rental agreement by mail.
4 You return your filled and signed form to us and you pay a deposit consisting of 35% of the rental sum, € 18,- as the booking fee.
5 Eight weeks before your arrival the balance is to be paid. This consists of the remaining part of the rental sum, the premium for the travel insurance (if taken) and costs for additional services, such as hotelreservations, and the ferrytickets if a ferry is booked.
6 You'll receive the following documents: roadinstructions, address of the holiday house, address of the owner and other relevant information. Please check if you've got the right documents, of the right holiday house. If not, and in case you are not sure, you need to contact Basic Travel.
7 If the safety deposit is not paid directly to the owner but through Basic Travel, you will either transfer the amount to us or send us a cheque, in either case at the latest one month before your arrival.
