The house is furnished simply, yet neatly and pastoral, and comes with a fine swimming pool. The house offers a view of the hilly, green surroundings (ideal for walking and cycling). The picturesque town of Todi is located beautifully on top of a rock and features narrow streets and charming boutiques. The excellent cities of Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, and Foligno are well worth a visit, as are the pretty villages in the vicinity (for example Montefalco).
