ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Characteristic natural stone villa with a private swimming pool, set quietly some 2 km from the village of Montegiove, approx. 40 km southwest of Perugia. The house consists of a main building with 3 bedrooms and an annex with 1 bedroom; this guesthouse stands several meters from the main building. The house comes with a beautiful garden, planted with a large variation of plants, such as olive trees, fruit trees, roses, and broom. There is also a fine private swimming pool, from where an excellent view of the green hills can be enjoyed. The house stands in close proximity to the Tuscan Umbrian border in one of the greenest parts of Umbria. Fine walks and cycling trips can be made in this neighbourhood and picturesque villages are a pleasure to visit. Interesting cities from a cultural historical perspective are Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, and Todi; Chiusi is famous for its Etruscan museum and tombs.
