The residence is 9 km from the village Deruta, Here you will enjoy lots of peace and quiet and privacy. Magnificent view of the hills from the grounds. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. A very nice area with lots of characteristic villages. The magnificent cities of Assisi,Todi, Spoleto and Perugia are more than worth visiting. There are shops at 6-9 km. The holiday house has a inside and an outside pool. On the ground floor there is a heated inside pool of 5x3m (1.40m deep) with hydromassage system, which is open all year round and can be heated from octobre till april (gas according to consumption).
