The house is nicely furnished and from the property there is a lovely view over the surrounding area. There is also a well-kept garden with a nice pool at your disposal. The rented section of the house is the ground floor; the ground floor is not being used so you will be the sole occupants. Morra, where you will find a number of shops and restaurants is about 11 km from Trestina, which has all the necessary shops and amenities. This is an adorable area and an ideal base for lots of excursions. You can visit the beautiful cities of Perugia, Assisi and Arezzo. From Arezzo you are only an hour by train from the centre of Florence, a beautiful city with many sights. In the region there are also towns and villages typical of the area such as Cortona and Città di Castello. Lake Trasimeno is approx. 48 km away.
