ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached holiday home. Liveable surface area of the residence: 80 m2. You share the swimming pool with the inhabitants of another residence. There are enclosed grounds. You share the grounds with another residence. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence is 3 km from the village Casacastalda, It is about an hour’s drive to the coast. Magnificent view of the hills from the grounds. The house is situated nice and central for exploring the region. The magnificent cities of Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and Gualdo Tadino are more than worth visiting. Shops can be found in Casacastalda (3km) and Valfabbrica (8km). Restaurants can be found in Casacastalda and Valfabbrica. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. On the same terrain there is another detached house (I60.068). During low season you can rent both houses together (I60.060 for 10 pers.), with private pool. This house is therefor very suitable for two families having holidays together, but appreciating their own privacy.
