ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached small holiday house. There is a private swimming pool. There is a nice large garden. The garden offers a lot of privacy, There is a covered terrace. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The location is fairly peaceful. There is a recreation lake in the area with beaches. Magnificent view of the hills from the grounds. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. The magnificent cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to il Lago di Trasimeno is definitely recommended. Shops can be found in Umbertide (4km). Restaurants can be found in Umbertide. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. NB: At this particular moment (april 2011) the pool isn't entirely finished yet.
