ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Quietly set house with a swimming pool, happily situated, approx. 1.5 km from Bettona. The house consists of the owner's house and a comfortable, attractively furnished apartment accommodating 4 persons (approx. 60 m2). From the shared garden and swimming pool, a beautiful view can be enjoyed of the surroundings. The house is situated approx. 15 km southwest of Assisi and approx. 20 km southeast of Perugia. Both cities are well worth visiting: they feature splendorous churches, narrow streets, beautiful squares, and pretty boutiques. The fine towns of Todi and Spoleto can be reached effortlessly by motorway. Other attractions are Lake Trasimeno and the picturesque villages that adorn its surroundings, of which Montefalco is a good example. Furthermore, numerous fine walking paths lead through the green hills of the area around the house.
