ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private pool in a very quiet location near the village of Serra Piana, about 5 km southwest of Tresana. The house was recently renovated, has a modern and comfortable interior and there is a fenced garden with swimming pool (4,5 x6, 5 m) at your disposal. From the property there is a great view over the surrounding hills and woods. Serrapiana lies about 10 km west of Aulla and about 30 km north of La Spezia. It is about 35 km to the sea. The region is known for its beautiful villages and various castles: Filetto, Aulla and its Fortezza della Brunella, Lusuolo and Sarzana with the Fortezza di Sarzanello. During the summer you can take part in the many folkloric and thematic festivals that take place in different villages. In the surrounding area you can go for lovely walks and bicycle trips amidst the beautiful scenery. Along the coast near La Spezia is the famous Cinque Terre, with its magnificent coastal towns built into the mountains and its beautiful bays. At Aulla you can get onto the motorway that puts many lovely cities in easy reach: Parma, Genoa, Lucca, Pisa and La Spezia are certainly worth a visit. For your daily groceries you can go to Barbarasco and Tresana (both about 5 km). Sea: 35 km.
