ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached villa with private pool located in a lovely spot on Monte Amiata (550 m above sea level), 2 km from the town of Piancastagnaio. The house is divided into two apartments: both downstairs and upstairs there is a living room with sitting area and kitchenette, making the house ideal for two families to vacation together and still maintain their privacy. The houses are never rented separately so you will always be by yourselves and have the garden and pool totally at your disposal. Originally the house consisted of three apartments: this can be seen from the additional kitchen area to be found in one of the bedrooms. The house is well-cared for and comfortably furnished; there is a TV in each bedroom. There is a magnificent view over the surrounding hills. Piancastagnaio is 4 km south of Abbadia San Salvatore, about 83 km south of Sienna. In this area there are lots of quaint villages typical of this area with narrow streets, beautiful churches and wonderful shops: Abbadia San Salvatore, Radicofani, Celle sul Rigo, San Casciano dei Bagni. Please note: on one side of the garden you can occasionally see traffic passing on the road that leads to the village.
