Communal tennis court:: You share the tennis court with the inhabitants of another residence. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. You only reside in a part of this residence (but the rest is not occupied). The residence is 2 km from the city Castiglion Fiorentino. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. Here there are picturesque villages such as Lucignano, Castiglione del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno. The magnificent cities of Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and Siena are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to Lago di Trasimeno is definitely recommended.
