The house lies approximately 300m from houses I78.092 and I78.093. Here you will find a large swimming pool with a grassy field for communal use. Around the house itself, you will enjoy privacy. The house has been comfortably and tastefully decorated. Shops, post office and a restaurant can be found in nearby Palazzone. For other amenities, you can visit San Casciano dei Bagni; it is here you will also find a modern health-spa. In this hilly region you will encounter many beautiful, authentic villages which are worth a visit such as Piazze, Cetona, Sarteano, Celle sul Rigo and Radicofani.
