ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private pool situated on a hill a few kilometres from the town of Civitella in the Val di Chiana. The house is nicely furnished and you have access to a garden with terrace and grounds of 83 hectares of which a large part is olive grove. There is also a stunning view over two valleys. A path behind the house leads you further up the hill, where there is a beautiful view over a third valley. Civitella in the Val di Chiana is located approximately 18 km southwest of the interesting city of Arezzo. The house is in a rural, hilly area where you can go for some nice trips. The cities of Sienna, Cortona and Perugia are easy to reach and definitely worth a visit. A day trip to Florence is certainly a possibility. It is advisable to take the train so that you arrive directly in the beautiful city centre and avoid parking problems. You'll also find many villages typical of this region with narrow streets and lovely shops and squares. About 40 km away there is Lake Trasimeno that has various beaches and several islands that are accessible by boat.
