ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Typical detached house with a breathtaking view, peacefully located only 800 m from Pienza, about 70 km to the southeast of Sienna. The layout of the house still shows that the house was originally occupied by peasant families: the ground floor was previously used as a stable and now serves as storage space, while the residential section is on the first floor. You can really enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills from the house and the land. You will find all the tranquillity and privacy you need here, yet you are only 800 m from the typical town of Pienza that you can reach along a footpath. Lovers of culture and Italian cuisine will certainly enjoy their time here. In the region you can visit gorgeous little villages with old village centres, narrow streets, lovely town squares, good restaurants and beautiful shops: Pienza itself, San Quirico d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, etc. There are good wines and delicious sheep cheese for sale.
