The house is located on the edge of the village of Matraia, which is only 13 km from the beautiful town of Lucca. You will have a pleasant garden at your disposal; while the children play in the grass, you can relax and enjoy the splendid view of Lucca and the valley. The sea is a 35-km drive. The house is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area and for trips to cities like Pisa and Florence.
