ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION THE HOLIDAY PARK Because of the park's central location in the Black Forest, you will not only be able to visit the German forests from here, but also the Alsace in France and Schaffhausen in Switzerland. There are excellent opportunities for walking and biking. The park is located on the southern (and therefore sunny) side of an 800-m-high hill plateau, 2 km from the centre of Tennenbronn. FACILITIES Reception, Schwarzwald tavern, a mini shop where you can order freshly baked bread, washing machines/tumble dryers (at a charge), barbecue facility, 3 tennis courts (at a charge), miniature golf (at a charge), table tennis and playgrounds. There is a large, heated outdoor swimming pool 200 m from the park, where park guests pay a reduced fee. Within a 500-metre radius, you will find a volleyball field, a badminton court, a roller-skating rink, a sauna and a solarium (at a charge). WINTERSPORTS There is cross-country skiing straight from the park. There is a ski lift for beginners at 500 m as well as a toboggan run. Skiing in St Georgen and Lauterbach (approx. 10 km). Altitude up to 870 m. ACTIVITIES In the summer months there is an entertainment programme for children of approx. 5 to 9 years old. ACCOMMODATIONS The detached bungalows (200 in total) have a well-kept garden and a patio. They are attractively furnished and are fully equipped with, amongst other things, a refrigerator, a colour TV, garden furniture and gas heating.
