ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION This spacious, detached house with private swimming pool (10 x 5) and yard of roughly 700 m2 is located on the outskirts of a little hamlet, 800 m from Beaumont-du-Ventoux and 3,5 km from the pleasant Malaucène. The living space, which flows onto the covered loggia equipped with sliding doors, is located on the top floor. From the loggia, you can enjoy a magnificent, unspoilt view of the northern side of Mont-Ventoux. The owner has created a summer kitchen with table on the ground floor. Here you will also find an extra toilet so that you can stay around the swimming pool during hot weather, without having to go up to the house. Good hiking trails lead directly from the house. In Malaucène you’ll find all amenities (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Tennis courts and bicycle rentals also within 3,5 km in Malaucène.
