ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION This spacious, neatly furnished apartment, with large terrace is located on the ground floor of a villa in a peaceful location within 800 m from the Provencal wine town of Sablet and just 10 km from the bustling city Vaison-la-Romaine. The owners live on the first floor. Sablet is located at the foot of Dentelle de Montmirail where there are several excellent hiking trails to choose from. All amenities (bakery, grocer, pharmacy, restaurants) are found in Sablet. A tennis court is found in town; a swimming pool and bicycle rentals are available in Vaison. In Séguret (3 km) and Gigondas (4,5 km) you will find escalade (climbing sport) facilities. A golf course is situated in Orange (16 km).
