ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Tastefully furnished, fully detached villa in the seaside resort of Les Issambres, located in a residence with a lovely communal swimming pool. There is a magnificent view over the sea and the magnificent coastline. The house consists of an upper section with living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is a studio - that can also be accessed from the interior - that has a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet. The communal pool is approximately 200 meters from the house. There is a magnificent view from the pool. There is also a children's pool. The villa is in a quiet, secure area, with an entrance gate and with a special code for access. In the residence "MAEVA'' next door there are 2 large pools that you may also make use of, as well as 2 tennis courts. Residence MAEVA also has a few shops, a restaurant and a bar. The beach is about 2.5 km from the house. Les Issambres is about halfway between the more famous resorts of Sainte Maxime and Frejus. You can go on some lovely trips along the coast to St. Tropez and Hyères or in the other direction to St Raphaël and Cannes. Les Issambres is on a spur of the beautiful les Maures mountain range that has many opportunities for walking and cycling. The interior is very lovely. There are some beautiful places here like Roquebrune, Les Arcs, Flayosc and the town of Draguignan. A trip to the cities on the French Riviera such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco is highly recommended. In july and august you can get a free entrance pass for the beach belonging to the residence. Golf: Sainte Maxime (10 km).
