ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Peaceful location, fully detached villa with a lovely private pool on a spacious plot of land with an olive grove behind the house. The terrace and the swimming pool have a beautiful view over the village of Roubillon, over the surrounding mountains and the splendid Gorges de Châteaudouble. The contemporaneously furnished and modern villa is situated near the hamlet of Rebouillon about 2 km northwest of the lovely town of Draguignan. For shopping, cafés and restaurants you have to go to Draguignan. There are lots of lovely villages in the area such as Châteaudouble, Ampus, Flayosc, Lorgues, Salèrnes, Tourtour, Figanières and Fayence. There are lots of possibilities for walking and cycling in this well-forested and hilly area. In addition you can take trips to the sea at Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël or Fréjus (approx. 45 min), or to the imposing canyons of the Gorges du Verdon. Also a drive to the very splendid Lac de Saint Cassien near Fayence is more than worth the effort. Golf: La Motte about 25 km.
