ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa with private pool, in a quiet residential area of the resort of Les Issambres in a beautiful location on a hill. From the terrace and around the pool there is a beautiful view over the sea in the direction of Saint-Raphaël, over the hills and some of the residential area. The pool is secure with a safety cover. The beach is about 1,200 m from the villa and a little further away the somewhat bigger beach ''la Plage de la Gaillarde''. Les Issambres is situated about half way between the well-known larger resorts of Sainte Maxime and Fréjus. There are some great excursions to go on along the coast to Saint-Tropez and Hyères or in the other direction towards Saint Raphaël and Cannes. Les Issambres is on a spur of the beautiful mountain range of Les Maures, which has numerous opportunities for walking and cycling. The hinterland is very beautiful with stunning towns such Roquebrune sur Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc, Lorgues and the city of Draguignan. The Côte d'Azur is also within easy reach with lovely places such as Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Menton and Monte-Carlo. Golf: Ste Maxime (12 km).
