ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully freestanding villa with a wonderfully large private pool. The house is furnished very tastefully and connected to the pool by a lovely patio at the front. There is a new, very spacious covered summer kitchen next to the villa. The house is located in an attractive, quiet villa neighbourhood in the woods, with each villa situated on a large property. The attractive village les Arcs-sur-Argens, with its narrow medieval streets and lovely castle, is around 5km away. Les Arcs is located south of the lively little city of Driguignan and north-west of St Tropez in a lovely wooded, hilly region. You can do all your shopping in les Arcs or at the large supermarket near Trans en Provence. You can make pleasant outings to the Maures mountains, the abbey of Le Thoronet, and the Gorges du Verdon. There are also charming villages in the area, such as Lorgues, Trans en Provence, Flayosc, Le Luc, La Garde Freinet, and Grimaud. The sea is approximately 30 minutes away at Fréjus and St Raphaël. Visits to the cities of the French Côte d'Azur, such as Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Nice, are also highly recommended. Finally, there are several very famous wine manors in the vicinity, such as Sainte Roseline and Font du Broc, which are well worth visiting if only to see the splendid buildings and lovely surroundings.
