ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa with private pool and a beautiful view over the valley and the hills next to the pool. The view extends to the beautiful red mountains of the Colle du RouÎt, a wonderful place to visit as are the stunning Gorges de Pennafort. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood east of the picturesque village of La Motte. You have a lot of privacy here in the pool. In front of the house there is a terrace that is wonderful under the shady trees. The house is on a hill and is surrounded by forests. This house is not suitable if you have a very low car as the last 200 metres of the driveway to the house is stone chippings. Beautiful villages in the area are Les Arcs, Figanières, Flayosc, Salernes, Lorgues Tourtour and Fayence. The lovely town of Draguignan is fairly close with its lively centre with all kinds of shops and large supermarkets. You can pay visits to the sea at Sainte Maxime and Frejus, or the impressive Gorges du Verdon, the extensive and beautiful Lac de Ste Croix and the mountains of Les Maures. Golf: La Motte (4 km). Please note: on the second floor there is a 4th bedroom, but only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase (and therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility or small children!).
