ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached spacious villa with a large fenced secure private swimming pool, on the outskirts of the Provencal village of Carnoules. The house is on a nice large piece of land with many plants and trees, about 1 km from the centre of the village of Carnoules. From the house and the pool there is a lovely view over the village and the surrounding mountains of Les Maures. By the lovely large pool, which has a characteristic shape, there is a large summer kitchen. Behind the house there is a ridge with no buildings that gives access to a lovely footpath. Carnoules is nicely situated midway between the towns of Brignoles and Toulon. In this mountainous area, you can go for lovely walks in Les Maures or on the Montagne de la Sainte Baume. The Mediterranean coast at le Pradet, la Londe les Maures and Hyeres is about 25-30 minutes from the house. There are also many other well-known resorts such as Bormes les Mimosas, Bandol, Sanary, Saint-Tropez and le Lavandou. Also in the area there are lovely villages such as Pierrefeu, Cuers, Collobrières, Forcalqueiret or Belgentier. You can also go on trips to the beautiful islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros off the coast of Hyères, or to the lovely port cities of Toulon and Marseille, and somewhere not to be missed, the world famous Gorges du Verdon in the north of the department.
