ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa in a peaceful location with a lovely garden, 300 m from the sea at le Dramont. The villa is very tastefully furnished with oriental motifs. It is approximately 300 metres from a lovely small yachting marina. On the famous Ile d'Or there is a nice beach and some nice creeks. From the garden there is a nice path that takes you directly to a beautiful creek. The house has a lovely terrace made of teak. A major advantage of this house is that there are shops (grocers, bakery) and restaurants within about 200 metres. The villa has a large fitness room and a Turkish bath with 2 showers. On the coast there are beautiful creeks between the red cliffs and glorious sandy beaches. Le Dramont (commune of Saint-Raphaël) lies west of the seaside resort of Agay, which has a large sandy beach, and east of the more famous resorts of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. To the east, along the extremely beautiful coast road that also follows the red mountain range, it is not far from the French Riviera and well known names like Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco and Menton. The hinterland is also more than worth a visit with lovely villages such as Bagnols en Forêt and Fayence and the beautiful town of Draguignan.
