ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION A recently built house that is divided into two spacious, well-equipped holiday homes in the middle of the lovely landscape of the Drôme Provençale a few kilometres from the pleasant village of Grignan. Grignan is dominated by the imposing castle where once the Marquise de Sévigny stayed, The house, located in a quiet setting, is surrounded by lavender fields, truffle oaks and vineyards. F26.063 is the upstairs apartment and has a large terrace with sunshade and on the ground floor a second shaded terrace with a stone barbecue. There is also splendid swimming pool (8m x 4m), an area for playing boules and a lawn with swings shared by both apartments. Directly from the house there are some excellent opportunities for cycling and walking and at Glansayes (15 km) there is a golf course. In the village you will find most of the basic things you need. Valras (10 km) has all amenities. Because of its central location, from Grignan not only can you explore the Drôme, but also trips to the Vaucluse (Vaison-la-Romaine, Mont Ventoux, Orange) and the Ardèche (Gorges de l'Ardèche) are possible and definitely recommended.
