It's a modern/new house 2008. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence is 1 km from the village Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, It is a picturesque village. The location is extremely peaceful. A magnificent varying landscape. A place from which you can make many day trips. Here there are lots of nice villages and towns. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Vaison-la-Romaine (14 km), Buis-les-Baronnies (11 km). The magnificent cities of Orange and Avignon are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to is definitely recommended. In terms of nature trips to de Mont-Ventoux and are definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 1 km. Shops can be found in Vaison and Buis-les-Baronnies. Restaurants can be found in Entrechaux (7 km). You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area.
