ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION This well-furnished, detached house built in the local style with spacious, covered terrace is situated in a very central location, just 5 km from the Ardèche River, on a large property of 1 500 m2. Here, you can enjoy a beautiful, unspoilt view of the surrounding vineyards. You will share the lovely swimming pool (10 x 5) and bowling green with the owner, who lives on the adjacent property. All amenities are found within 5 km in St Marcel d'Ardèche and St Martin d'Ardèche. Good hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house.
