ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached, beautifully restored old farmhouse with private pool. From the house and the pool there is a lovely view over the vineyard, the lavender fields and the surrounding hills. The accommodation is in a peaceful spot on the edge of a large agricultural property of 60 hectares. The lovely medieval village of Saint-Montan is 3 km away with all kinds shops, nice cafés and restaurants. You have to go to Bourg Saint Andéol for a supermarket about 11 km to the south. Saint-Montan is to the southwest of the lovely town of Montélimar. From the house there are wonderful walks available in the many forests and hills all around. There are plenty of trips available: the wild Gorges de l'Ardèche, the beautiful towns of Orange, Uzès and Avignon, the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte and the enchanting villages on the opposite bank of the Rhône such as Grignan, la Garde Adhémar and Nyons.
