ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION 200-year-old detached natural stone farmhouse, set on large grounds of some 5 ha. This house offers a spectacular view of the hills, the mountains and the forests. The house is situated a few kilometres from the village of Saint-André-en-Vivarais on the border of the departments of the Ardèche and Auvergne. The region features numerous possibilities for delightful walks and many charming villages, such as Tence, St Agrève, Lalouvesc, Yssingeaux and Annonay; each of them a delight to visit. The region offers several beautiful mountain lakes near Devesset and Yssingeaux. Daytrips can be made to Le Puy and Velay, and, by taking the scenic route via St Agrève and Fay sur Lignon, to the source of the Loire river, near Gerbier de Jonc.
